Inside a Full Installation
Every installation is scoped in detail before our team arrives on site, covering the following stages.
Mechanical installation and alignment?
Our technicians handle positioning, levelling and precision alignment of the filling line and all connected mechanical systems, following Tetra Pak ® tolerance specifications for the specific machine model.
Electrical systems and controls?
Full electrical connection, control panel integration and safety interlock verification, carried out to the same standard as the original manufacturer specification.
Commissioning and test runs?
Before production start-up, the line runs through supervised test cycles to confirm mechanical, electrical and aseptic systems are all performing to specification under real operating conditions.
Operator handover and training?
Once the line is production ready, our field service team walks your operators through day to day running, so your staff are confident with the equipment from the first shift onward.
